There are no restrictions on the materials used for laser additive repair, and it can meet the performance requirements. Laser cladding material metallographic inspection meets the technical requirements, and there are no defects such as pores, slag inclusions, cracks, etc.
After the mechanical property test passes the test, the simulated sample is repaired. In order to ensure the repair after cladding, a certain thickness needs to be guaranteed, and the scanning path needs to be designed according to the shape of the spline.
