The robotic rail cladding equipment is a large-scale repair and surface remanufacturing system based on industrial six-axis robots and slide rails independently developed by Huirui. It is suitable for the repair and surface strengthening of large industrial parts.

 



Equipment summary

       The laser has a maximum laser power of 10000W, an industrial six-axis robot, a cladding width of 0.5-30mm, and a slide rail travel of up to 10m. It can be used with a spindle turntable or positioner. The maximum speed of the spindle turntable is 1000 rpm, and the clamping length is up to 3m, which can take into account the high-speed and low-speed cladding of the workpiece. The equipment is easy to operate and the laser is stable, continuous and controllable. Cooperate with the company's independent research powder transmitter, laser head, and nozzle, and can flexibly choose cladding materials and related processes, such as iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, titanium alloy, etc., for dimensional repair and surface strengthening.
