Equipment summary

 

The Gantry system has a maximum laser power of 10kW and a gantry stroke of up to 10m. A single cladding width of 0.5-30mm is allowed. It can be used with a spindle turntable or a positioner. The spindle turret rotates at a maximum speed of 1000 rpm and the clamping length is up to 3 m, which can take into account both the high and low speed cladding needs. The maximum load capacity of the positioner is 5t. The cooperation of the turntable and the positioner realizes cladding on complex surfaces. The system is easy to operate and the laser is stable and controllable. Key components such as powder feeders, laser heads and nozzles are designed and manufactured in Huirui owned factories so that a highly flexible selection can be made to meet customer needs of repairing and surface strengthening for various materials.
