This product series has been used for additive repair and 3D printing of nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, cobalt-based alloys, and high-strength steels. The operating system and coaxial vision positioning system developed with the system make the system more mature in operability and reliability in the industrial environment.

 


Equipment functions

 

The main advantages of Metal + ®1006 equipment are:

Adopt inert gas enclosed working environment; adopt dual purification column system, which can simultaneously purify the protective gas and regenerate the purification catalyst, and the water and oxygen content can be reduced to less than 1ppm.

It adopts a high-precision fully-enclosed, six-axis industrial robot with repeatable positioning accuracy of ± 0.03mm, which can ensure high trajectory accuracy, and the protection level reaches IP67.

The worktable is equipped with an automatic moving slide to facilitate the loading and unloading of parts; small parts are sent in and out through the transition cabin, and large parts are sent in and out by opening the front tilt-type glass window.

The laser cladding professional double-cylinder heating type automatic powder feeder independently developed by Huirui can accurately control the powder feeding mass flow rate to ± 2%.

The cradle-type double-axis CNC turntable is convenient for precise positioning and synchronous movement of shaft-type parts, and can be used to clamp disk-like parts with a diameter of 1200mm.

The system software provides the self-developed coaxial visual positioning function to realize the visualization of the repair area and the two-dimensional shape of the molten pool during the repair process.

The software and hardware system has good openness and operability, which is convenient for upgrading and expansion of new functions.
